One address, read by a person: [email protected]
If you are in danger right now, call 000.
For sexual assault, family or domestic violence: 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. Attune is not an emergency service and cannot respond at that speed.
What to write about
| Subject | What to include |
|---|---|
| Someone's behaviour | Report them in the app first — every match card and conversation has a report control, and it blocks them at the same time. Email us as well if there is more to say. |
| Appealing a suspension | The email address on the account. Tell us what you think happened. A person reads it, and we would rather reverse a mistake than defend one. |
| Your data | To see, correct, or ask about anything we hold. You can delete everything yourself from Account → Delete account without asking us. |
| A privacy complaint | Write to us first. If we do not resolve it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints. |
| Payment or refunds | The email on the account. See Terms for what the one-off payment covers. |
| Something is broken | What you did, what happened, what you expected. Please do include this — a small operation finds out about bugs from the people who hit them. |
| Accessibility | See Accessibility. Tell us what got in your way. |
What to expect
Attune is run by one person, not a support department. We will not pretend to a response time we cannot keep. Safety reports are looked at first, and everything else in the order it arrives.
We will never ask you for your password — there isn't one — or for payment details by email.
Where we are
Attune is operated from South Australia. For a postal address for a legal or privacy matter, ask and we will provide one.
