Stop annual renewal without deleting your account.

For an existing membership

1. Sign in to Attune and open Account.
2. Find Annual membership and select Stop annual renewal, or Check or stop renewal if shown.
3. Check the result. Treat renewal as stopped only when the account confirms it. If confirmation is pending or an error appears, retry or contact support.

If the control is unavailable or you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with your account email and a request to stop renewal. Do not send passwords or full card details.

What happens next

Stopping renewal leaves your current paid period unchanged, subject to the membership terms and your consumer rights. It does not delete your account or request a refund. If your founding subscription ends, the founding rate ends with it; see the membership terms. Existing paid agreements retain their original rights.
