What is not allowed

• Underage accounts, false age or identity information, impersonation and fake profiles.
• Nudity, sexual content or promotion of sexual services.
• Scams, requests for money, financial exploitation and unsolicited commercial promotions.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, hate or abusive behaviour.
• Bypassing age checks, another member’s block or an account suspension.

Checks and their limits

Members must complete our age-check process. Profile and lifestyle photos are automatically screened for nudity and sexual content before publication. Automated checks can make mistakes; passing a check does not guarantee someone’s identity, intentions or safety. This is not a claim that all conversations are automatically scanned.

Report or block

Use Report or Block from a match or conversation. A successfully saved report enters the restricted moderator queue and blocks contact between the pair. If saving fails, follow the error message or contact [email protected]. Moderators can review relevant report evidence and reported profile photos. See how report information is handled.

Review and decisions

Reports are reviewed by a human. Depending on the evidence and severity, action may include restricting or suspending an account. You can make a complaint or appeal a decision. We do not promise a particular outcome or share another member’s private information with a reporter.
